Terms & Conditions

A. Website Development

• Orders for website development services must be placed through the procedures we have established.
• Payment can be made in the manner specified by us in the proposal attachment. Payment can be made before or after the website development process is complete.
• We will provide a warranty for a period determined after the website is completed and launched. During the warranty period, we will fix any bugs found on the website at no additional charge.
• We will provide Admin Dashboard access for the Client to access the website we build, as well as website management documentation in the form of video tutorials if needed.
• The Client will not receive CPanel access during the annual contract period. If the Client wishes to terminate the annual contract, they are expected to notify us 1 month before termination.
• We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or harm resulting from misuse of login credentials and passwords by unauthorized parties.
• The Client is expected to provide the content to be used on the website, including text, images, and videos. If the Client requests us to provide content, an additional fee will be charged.
• The Client must provide the data required for website development, such as login credentials and passwords for email and social media accounts to be used on the website.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a contract if the Client violates the established terms and conditions, or engages in unlawful actions such as plagiarism, document forgery, or distribution of content that violates applicable law.
• The Client must ensure that the content provided does not violate copyright or privacy rights.
• If at any time there is content on the website that violates the law, it is entirely the Client's risk and responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend the Client's website without prior notice if the website contains content that violates copyright or the law.
• Website payment regulations are in accordance with what is stated in the website development proposal.
• The annual website renewal payment period is calculated from the date of the down payment made at the start of the website development.
• We reserve the right to suspend a client's website that has not made payment or settled the website payment if the payment due date on the invoice we have sent has passed, without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for backing up website files that have not been paid for or settled by the Client.
• If the Client fails to settle payment more than 1 month after the website goes live on the main domain, we reserve the right to suspend the Client's website without further notice.
• The Client is not entitled to request a refund of the down payment once the website has been worked on, or in the event of contract cancellation during the website development process.
• When the Client has agreed and entered into a website development agreement with us, it means the Client is fully aware and understands the website development regulations we have established, as outlined in the proposal or information on our website.
• The Maintenance / Tech. Support period for all services is 30 days. After the project is completed, we will provide free support for system or website testing for 30 days, and after 30 days have passed, we will charge an additional fee according to the website or system issue.
• If a Service (of any kind) does not specify minor or major revision limits, the revision limit will be adjusted according to the website development package price (WEB Development Package). For example: if the special service price is below Rp 1,500,000 which falls under the BASIC package, the revision limit given will be 3 times; if the special service price is between Rp 1,500,000 – Rp 3,500,000 which falls under the SILVER package, the revision limit will be 10 times, and so on. This may occur because client needs vary widely and it is not possible for us to list each special service package individually on our website. Clients who request revisions exceeding the limit for their respective website package will be charged an extra fee based on the number and difficulty level of the revisions requested.

B. Maintenance Services

• The Client is required to pay a down payment once they have decided to use our maintenance services.
• The Client is required to settle the full payment when the maintenance service contract has ended or when the maintenance is complete.
• The scope of maintenance services is in accordance with what is stated in the proposal for each type of maintenance.

C. Partnership

• The business partnership program is carried out based on mutual agreement between the partner and DigiFlexi voluntarily, without any coercion from any party.
• DigiFlexi only provides domain, hosting, website, social media poster design, website maintenance, social media maintenance, and SEO maintenance.
• DigiFlexi will not provide any financial capital other than what is mentioned in point 2.
• DigiFlexi never guarantees the success of the business run by both parties (the Partner and DigiFlexi).
• Uses a profit sharing system of 50% and 50% of net profit.

D. Affiliate Program

• DigiFlexi is required to provide a free website with a default sub-domain and standard hosting of up to 1GB.
• The free website, domain, and hosting will only be provided once the affiliate has acquired their first client.
• Prospective affiliates must have a minimum of 1,000 Instagram followers to participate in the affiliate program.
• The commission earned by the affiliate is 15% of the gross profit from each website package price.
• Commissions can be withdrawn once the client has made full payment for the website.
• The affiliate program only applies to new website development services and does not apply to maintenance services.
